The standout of the weekend is a full beach party at Revel Surf, the surf park on Power Road, on the Fourth itself.

- 🏢 261 apartments at Signal Butte and Rubidium. "Homestead at Eastmark" would put a 261-unit apartment complex and 2.2 acres of retail on 11.7 acres at the southwest corner. It went to the Planning and Zoning Board (the panel that reviews projects before they reach council) on June 24 with a staff recommendation to approve. Details.
- 🗺️ A 750-acre replan south of Elliot. The DU 5/6 South amendment redraws land-use boundaries across 750 acres between Elliot Road and Point Twenty-Two Boulevard, west of Signal Butte. It was also before Planning and Zoning on June 24. Details.
